Section 5321.1 - Definitions(a) Dealer-controlled electronic table game means a table game operated by a live dealer that uses electronics as part of the game's operation in connection with the collection and storage of game outcome, accounting and significant-event data.(b) Electronic wagering system means a computer or server and any related hardware, software or other device that permits wagering to be conducted at a table game.(c) Game account means the funds that are available to a player for use at an electronic table game.N.Y.
