Section 5006.6 - Ticket responsibility

(a) An instant lottery ticket is a bearer instrument.

(b) The commission shall not be responsible for lost or stolen instant lottery tickets.

(c) The commission shall not be responsible for tickets claimed by a player in error for a lower prize at an agent location.
