Section 4500.19 - Vouchers

A vouchers is a document or card produced by a pari-mutuel system device, with a value printed on its face, that is recorded in and redeemed through the pari-mutuel system.

(a) Vouchers are not accounts or account wagers for purposes of this section.

(b) Vouchers may only be used to place wagers in-person and only pursuant to an approved plan of operation.
