Section 4500.14 - Recordkeeping(a) The account wagering licensee shall keep a system of accounts that maintain a separate record of revenues and an accounting of costs in regard to the operation of the wagering provider. This system shall include a correct and complete record of every deposit, withdrawal, wager, winning payoff and other credit and debit to each wagering account for a period of three years. In addition, the account wagering licensee shall keep such records segregated according to its operations involving wagering accounts held by residents of New York State.(b) The account wagering licensee shall ensure that wagers are accepted only at designated telephone numbers and account wagering centers.(c) The account wagering licensee shall record account wagering accounts as a separate liability on its books and records.N.Y.
