Section 4300.14 - Expiration date of pari-mutuel tickets

(a) All winning pari-mutuel tickets must be presented for payment or refund before April 1st of the year following the year of their purchase; and failure to present any such ticket within the prescribed period of time shall constitute a waiver of the right to payment.

(b) The totalisator company shall cause the substance of this rule to be imprinted upon each pari-mutuel ticket in words approved by the commission.
