Section 2103.8 - Records and record-keeping(a) Every landlord of a rooming house or hotel subject to this Subchapter, rented or offered for rent, shall keep, preserve, and make available for examination by the Administrator, records showing the rents received for each housing accommodation, the particular term and number of occupants for which such rents were charged, and the name and address of each occupant.(b) Every other landlord shall keep, preserve, and make available for examination by the Administrator, records of the same kind as he has customarily kept relating to the rents received for housing accommodations.N.Y.
