Section 470.2 - Definitions

(a) As used in this Part, retired member shall mean a former member of the Division of State Police who enters service or disability retirement after October 31, 1999 and who, upon separation from service, was immediately entitled to receive retirement benefits under the provisions of the Retirement and Social Security Law.
