Section 8450.5 - Records not available for public inspection

The records enumerated in this section shall not be available for public inspection unless the person on whose behalf these records are kept, or his duly authorized representative, signs a notarized release permitting such disclosure.

(a) Division personnel files.

(b) Blind annuity case folders.

(c) Individual case folders.

(d) War bonus applications.
