Section 180-1.2 - Application

These regulations shall apply to all juvenile detention facilities as defined in Social Services Law, section 371; the Family Court Act, section 712; Executive Law, article 19-G, section 510-a; and established and operated pursuant to County Law, section 218-a. N othing contained herein shall be construed as grounds for contravening court order or statute.
