Section 98.2 - Petitions

Petitions for declaratory rulings shall:

(a) Contain a statement that a declaratory ruling is requested.

(b) Include a short concise statement of the state of facts or uncertainty with respect to which a declaratory ruling is required, including a full disclosure of the petitioner's interest.

(c) Be addressed to Counsel, State Liquor Authority, Two World Trade Center, New York, New York 10047.
