(a) Within a facility, exercise, recreation and leisure activities are essential to youth health and contribute to reducing youth tension. Pursuant to the requirements of this Part, the director shall require that the facility provide exercise, recreation and leisure activities for all youth.(b) Consistent with the requirements of this Part, the director shall develop written policies and procedures regarding youth access to exercise, recreation and leisure activities. The written policies and procedures shall be reviewed annually and updated as needed.N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. Tit. 9 § 7328.1
