Section 149-3.1 - Scope of subpart

The purpose of this Subpart is to establish educational and fiscal standards for the use of the setaside for early grade intervention by city school districts having a population in excess of 125,000 inhabitants pursuant to the provisions of paragraph h of subdivision 12 of section 3602 of the Education Law.
