Section 149-2.1 - Scope of subpart

The purpose of this Subpart is to establish educational and fiscal standards for the use of the setaside for attendance improvement and dropout prevention pursuant to the provisions of paragraph f of subdivision 12 of section 3602 of the Education Law.
