Section 2500.14 - Fees and costs

(a) Preparing DEIS, EIS and other environmental documents for actions involving applicants. All applicants to the authority shall assume all responsibility and costs required in the preparation of environmental documents, including draft and final EIS if the notice of determination so requires.

(b) Public hearings, public notices and other SEQR notices. If the processing of a complete application, prepared by an applicant, requires public hearings, public notices and other "SEQR notices" the costs incurred for such activities are the responsibility of the applicant. These costs will include any limited liability insurance required for the holding of public hearings.
