Section 184.3 - Validity of rules and regulations

If any Part, section, paragraph, subdivision, clause or provision of this Subchapter shall be adjudged invalid, such adjudication shall apply only to the Part, section, paragraph, subdivision, clause, or provision so adjudged, and the rest of this Subchapter shall be and remain valid and effective.
