Section 122.1 - Authorization

Pursuant to section 226 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law, the commissioner hereby prescribes the form of summons and complaint to be used for all traffic violations specified in subdivision 1 of section 225 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law.
