Section 160.7 - Variations

If there shall be unnecessary and unusual hardship in the carrying out of the provisions of this regulation, the commissioner may, after appropriate investigation, make a variation from such provision, if the intent of this regulation and article 13 of the Labor Law is observed. Any person affected by this regulation may petition the commissioner for such variation, stating in writing the grounds therefor.
