The New Mexico medical assistance program (medicaid) pays for medically necessary health services furnished to eligible recipients for case management services furnished to recipients who are chronically mentally ill [ 42 U.S.C. Section 1396 n(g)(1)(2) ]. This part describes eligible providers, eligible recipients, covered services, service restrictions and general reimbursement methodology.
