*FPL must be below 100% for an individual or couple for qualified medicare beneficiary (QMB) program.
B. One hundred twenty percent FPL: This income level is used only in the determination of the maximum income limit for specified low income medicare beneficiaries (SLIMB) applicants or eligible recipients. Applicant or eligible recipient | Amount |
1 | Individual | At least $1,255 per month but no more than $1,506 per month. |
2 | Couple | At least $1,704 per month but no more than $2,044 per month. |
For purposes of this eligibility calculation, "couple" means an applicant couple or an applicant with an ineligible spouse when income is deemed.
