Before the end of each fiscal year, school districts, charter schools, state institutions, and those nonpublic schools choosing to seek state accreditation and BIE schools choosing to seek state accreditation shall submit all required reports for accreditation.
A. The secretary shall determine the accreditation status of school districts, public schools, educational programs of state institutions, and any nonpublic schools or BIE schools seeking accreditation.B. A school district's or school's accreditation status will remain in effect until the next determination has been made by the secretary.N.M. Admin. Code § 6.19.4.10
