Section 2.82.9.7 - [Effective 7/1/2025] DEFINITIONS

A. "Fiscal year" means the New Mexico state government fiscal year - July 1 through June 30.

B. "LAU" means local administrative unit.

C. "Terminate" means to leave employment with an LAU for any reason.
