I. Validity of the Source Water Right

J. Site Description

K. Facility Description

L. Facility Design

M. Facility Operation and Maintenance

N. Hydrogeographic Characterization of the Area of Hydrologic Effect

O. Effects Created by a Underground Storage and Recovery Project

P. Water Level Monitoring Plan
