Section 19.2.7.17 - DISPOSAL OF SIMULTANEOUS APPLICATIONSWhen simultaneous applications for lease are filed for the same lands, they may be disposed of in either of the following methods, as the commissioner may decide:
A. By submission of amended applications by the applicant in which case preference will be given to the applicant offering the highest bonus; orB. By rejecting all applications and offering the lands for lease at public auction in the manner provided in 19.2.7.21 NMAC through 19.2.7.26 NMAC, inclusive.N.M. Admin. Code § 19.2.7.17
