Section 19.15.30.19 - COMPLETION AND TERMINATIONA. The division shall consider abatement complete when the responsible person meets the standards and requirements set forth in 19.15.30.9 NMAC. At that time, the responsible person shall submit an abatement completion report, documenting compliance with the standards and requirements set forth in 19.15.30.9 NMAC, to the director for approval. The abatement completion report also shall propose changes to long-term monitoring and site maintenance activities, if needed, to be performed after the abatement plan's termination.B. Provided that the responsible person meets the other requirements of 19.15.30 NMAC and provided further that the responsible person has met the standards and requirements set forth in 19.15.30.9 NMAC, the director shall approve the abatement completion report. When the director approves the abatement completion report, the director shall also notify the responsible person in writing that the abatement plan is terminated.N.M. Admin. Code § 19.15.30.19
