Section 16.39.1.10 - MEETINGS OF THE BOARDA. Special and emergency meetings of the board may be called at any time by the chair of the board, or a majority of the board members; and meetings of either of the two committees may be called at any time by order of the respective chair of the professional engineering committee or the professional surveying committee or a majority of the committee members.B. Proper public notice of all meetings shall be given in accordance with the provisions of the Open Meeting Act.N.M. Admin. Code § 16.39.1.10
