Section 16.28.1.9 - BOARD RECORDSA.Inspection of Public Records Act IPRA. Public records shall be available for inspection in accordance with the provisions of the IPRA, Section 14-2-1 through 14-2-12 NMSA 1978 and Section 61-9-5.1 NMSA 1978.B.Removal. Public records shall not be removed from the board office except by board member, board staff, or agents of the board for official public business.N.M. Admin. Code § 16.28.1.9
