Section 14.6.7.17 - TEMPORARY INSTALLATIONA. Modular units may be installed on a temporary foundation for a period of up to one year. Units installed as temporary and remaining in place after the one-year period must be placed on a permanent foundation and comply with all modular requirements.B. Modular units installed as a temporary unit shall meet all currently adopted building codes and accessibility requirements.N.M. Admin. Code § 14.6.7.17
