Section 9A:11-7.2 - Grant amounts

(a) The maximum and minimum award ranges for a Ferguson Scholarship shall be annually established by the Board, but shall not exceed the maximum amount of tuition, fees, room, and board charged at Rutgers Law School.

(b) The amount of each Ferguson Scholarship shall be based on the financial need of the student determined pursuant to N.J.A.C. 9A:11-3.4(a), (b) and (c).
