Section 9A:1-1.4 - Application of standards

The standards in N.J.A.C. 9A:1-1.5 through 1.12 and, where applicable, in N.J.A.C. 9A:1-2, shall apply to all institutions seeking to be licensed or relicensed by the Secretary.
