Section 8:42-12.6 - Communicable disease alert(a) An agency shall comply with CDC guidelines and N.J.S.A. 26:6-8.2, when identifying and handling dead bodies.(b) In accordance with 26:6-8.2, an agency shall complete the New Jersey State Department of Health form LCS-4, "Communicable Diseases Alert," available on the Department's website at http://www.state.nj.us/health/forms/lcs-4.pdf, when applicable, and transmit the form in the manner prescribed therein.N.J.
