Section 7:9A-1.7 - Penalties

Violation of any provision of this chapter shall be a violation of the New Jersey Water Pollution Control Act, 58:10A-1 et seq., and the violator shall be subject to assessment of civil administrative penalties pursuant to the provisions of N.J.A.C. 7:14-8.
