Section 5:71-2.11 - Right of appeal

In accordance with N.J.S.A. 52:27D-206, any person or agency aggrieved by a notice, order, action, or decision of the Division pursuant to this subchapter shall be entitled to a hearing before the Office of Administrative Law pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act, N.J.S.A. 52:14B-1 et seq., 52:14F-1 et seq., and the Uniform Administrative Rules of Practice, N.J.A.C. 1:1-1, provided that a request for a hearing is submitted to the Hearing Coordinator, Department of Community Affairs, Division of Fire Safety, PO Box 809, Trenton, New Jersey 08625-0809 within 15 days of the person or agency's receipt of the notice or order complained of.
