Section 5:42-4.3 - Denial of Admission or termination of assistance proceedings - DCA's responsibilities

(a) DCA must give the family a written description of:

1. Family obligations under the program;

2. The grounds on which DCA may deny or terminate assistance because of family action or failure to act; and

3. The process to request a hearing.
