Section 5:27-11.6 - Personal needs allowances

No licensee shall retain for the licensee's own use, or require payment to the licensee of, any portion of the personal needs allowance required to be reserved to any resident pursuant to 44:7-87(h). Such personal needs allowance shall not be less than $40.00 unless otherwise provided by the Department of Human Services.
