Section 5:18-11.4 - Change of marketer

(a) Propane gas marketers shall provide customers with information on their right to change marketers and shall provide the following information:

1. The time frame within which service will be discontinued;

2. The time frame within which the tank will be removed, if applicable;

3. The fees for the removal of the tank, if applicable; and

4. Any contractual limits on changing marketers.
