N.J. Admin. Code § 5:101-1.1
This chapter constitutes the rules of the New Jersey Historic Trust "in but not of" the Department of Community Affairs for the Garden State Historic Preservation Trust Fund Grants Program for the award of grants on a competitive basis for the preservation, restoration, or rehabilitation of historic properties owned by State agencies and entities, local government units, and by tax-exempt nonprofit organizations, under P.L. 2016, c. 12, P.L. 2007, c. 119, P.L. 2009, c. 117, and terminated or lapsed grants under P.L. 1987, c. 265, P.L. 1992, c. 88 and P.L. 1995, c. 204, and P.L. 1999, c. 152 which are to be redistributed, shall be subjected to this chapter, in accord with the Garden State Preservation Trust Act, N.J.S.A. 13:8C-1et seq.
