Section 3A:10-6.1 - Services on an emergency basis

The Department representative shall offer the family services that are needed on an emergency basis pursuant to N.J.S.A. 30:4C-13 and 9:6-8.11, before completing the child protection investigation and until the child protection investigation is completed.
