Section 3:42-1.3 - Applicability

The rules contained in this chapter shall apply to all sales, transfers, conveyances, encumbrances and redemptions of Pinelands Development Credits and shall be supplemental to the provisions of the Pinelands Comprehensive Management Plan, 7:50-1.1 et seq.
