Section 3:34-1.1 - Purpose and scope

(a) This subchapter implements 17:9-41 et seq. regarding collateral requirements for depositories that accept the deposits of local New Jersey governmental unit funds.

(b) This subchapter shall apply to all depositories that accept the deposits of local New Jersey governmental unit funds.
