Section 2:3-8.1 - Compliance with importation requirements

In addition to the general requirement for importation, 2:3-1.1 through 1.6, all captive cervids moved into New Jersey shall meet the specific requirements of this subchapter. Captive cervids are considered game animals in the State of New Jersey, and are also required to meet the specific requirements of the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection found at N.J.A.C. 7:25-10.
