The Operations Department has primary responsibility for issuing Notices to Airmen (NOTAMS) in accordance with 14 CFR Part 139, advising conditions affecting the safe and efficient operation of the Airport. NOTAMS will be coordinated with the control tower and distributed to tenants by the Operations Department.
