The areas of special flood hazard identified by the FIA in a scientific and engineering report entitled, "Flood Insurance Study, Bergen County, New Jersey, All jurisdictions," dated August 28, 2019, with accompanying FIRM, Panel numbers *0245H, 0252H, 0253H, 0254H, 0256H, 0257H, 0258H, 0259H, 0261H, 0262H, 0263H, 0264H, 0266H, 0267H, 0268H, 0307H, 0331H, and 0332H*, is incorporated herein by reference, as amended and supplemented, and declared to be a part of this chapter. The effective date of the floodplain management regulations is August 28, 2019. The Flood Insurance Study and FIRM mapping are on file at the Offices of the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority, One DeKorte Park Plaza, Lyndhurst, New Jersey 07071.
