Section 19:4-5.68 - Aviation Facilities zone; special exception uses

(a) The special exception uses in the Aviation Facilities zone are:

1. Automobile sales;

2. Bus garages;

3. Commercial off-street parking as a principal use;

4. Commercial recreation, indoor;

5. Communications transmission towers;

6. Hotels and motels;

7. Institutional uses;

8. Passenger rail terminals; and

9. Restaurants.
