Section 19:4-5.36 - Planned Residential zone; bulk regulations

(a) The bulk regulations in the Planned Residential zone are:

1. Maximum lot coverage: 40 percent;

2. Minimum open space: 30 percent;

3. Yards:

i. Minimum front yard: 25 feet;

ii. Minimum side yard: 20 feet; and

iii. Minimum rear yard: 20 feet;

4. Maximum density: 25 dwelling units per acre; and

5. FAR: 0.75 for hotels and motels, not including the floor area of parking garages.
