Section 19:4-5.34 - Planned Residential zone; special exception uses

(a) The special exception uses in the Planned Residential zone are:

1. Assisted living facilities;

2. Banks;

3. Cultural facilities;

4. Hotels and motels;

5. Houses of worship;

6. Institutional uses;

7. Nursing or rehabilitation facilities;

8. Primary and secondary schools;

9. Public utility uses, light; and

10. Social services.
