Section 19:4-5.23 - Waterfront Recreation zone; bulk regulations

(a) The bulk regulations in the Waterfront Recreation zone are:

1. Maximum lot coverage: 30 percent;

2. Minimum open space: 40 percent;

3. Yards:

i. Minimum front yard: 25 feet;

ii. Minimum side yard: 25 feet; and

iii. Minimum rear yard: 25 feet; and

4. FAR: 0.75.
