Section 19:4-5.19 - Waterfront Recreation zone; permitted uses and marina requirements

(a) The permitted uses in the Waterfront Recreation zone are:

1. Day care facilities;

2. Marinas;

3. Other water recreation uses; and

4. Parks or recreation facilities.

(b) When included with a marina meeting the minimum requirements set forth in N.J.A.C. 19:4-5.7, the following uses shall be permitted in the Waterfront Recreation zone:

1. Commercial recreation, outdoor;

2. Restaurants; and

3. Retail, accessory to a marina.
