The Transportation Center zone is designed to accommodate a major commuter transfer center and associated office, hotel, and other commercial uses. Appropriate supporting uses are encouraged to service the daily needs of the users of the zone. All development in this zone shall comply with N.J.A.C. 19:4-5.1 17 through 5.122 or an approval issued by the NJMC prior to February 17, 2004.
