Section 18:6-5.5 - Number of reports required

(a) An original and two copies of all the required reports and schedules are to be prepared.

(b) The original and one copy are to be filed with the New Jersey Division of Taxation, Cigarette Tax, PO Box 187, Trenton, NJ 08695-0187.

(c) One copy of all the required reports and schedules is to be retained by the licensee on the licensed premises and be preserved with all the other records in his or her possession for a period of four years.
