Section 18:6-5.3 - Time for filing reports
(a) All required reports must be filed with the Division of Taxation, together with all supporting schedules, on or before the 10th day of each calendar month following the month being reported upon.
(b) All reports, including the supporting schedules, must be submitted in duplicate.
